David A. Flanary II
David has spent his entire career building and scaling early-stage businesses of all shapes and sizes. He has co-founded and managed disruptive technology companies, growing revenue streams beyond $100M annually.
He has led initiatives in networking, SLED strategy, mass marketing, and social media, including product roadmap development and customer acquisition for an IP IoT home security offering.
Principal
James Maughan
James earned his BA in History from LSU (graduating with honors) and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He is licensed before all Louisiana courts, the U.S. Fifth Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
His background includes civil litigation, business transactions, real estate, corporate litigation, and structuring mergers, sales, and business separations.
